PRODUCT INFORMATION:
AEM BRUTE FORCE intakes are specifically designed for large
displacement engines and are dyno-tested against the competition to deliver more
torque and horsepower than every intake system on the market. All AEM intake
systems are engineered to retain the factory Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor
calibrations and will not trigger a “Check Engine Light.” Each system is tuned
to be application specific and deliver maximum torque and horsepower at every
throttle position. The largest power gains for AEM’s Durango Hemi BRUTE FORCE
intake are 14.8 horsepower and 15.6 lbs/ft of torque at 5,000 RPM, as measured
at the wheels on the company’s Mustang dynamometer. Dyno results for BRUTE FORCE

All BRUTE FORCE intakes are constructed of CNC, mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum and

Intense Performance uses 3" steel tubing with Ceramic
Coating for increased heat protection. Uses high temperature silicone
coupling with stainless clamps. All products available in a range of
colors, and larger-sized filters are optional. All filters come with
S&B filters which are similar to K&N filters but have more pleats and
allow higher air flow rates.
Stage II Kits: Comes with tube, coupling, and
filter. Available with optional filter sizes, colors, and styles.

True Flow foam filters, designed to
give you the best combination of filtration and airflow, represent the latest
advance in air filtration technology for automobiles.
True Flow foam filters are made up to two part polyurethane foam. The
composition of our foam filters is a series of tiny interlocking cells of
uniform size without straight through passageways, that create an impossible
journey for dirt particles. Each passageway is like hundreds of very small oil
bath filters or cells connected one to another. The cell strands stop the dirt,
while the oil film holds the dirt like fly paper until removed when the filter
is cleaned. This is why foam filters are referred to as "full depth" filters.
Foam filters are over 12 times thicker than paper or gauze elements, which are
screens, or "surface type" filters.
Because foam is a full depth filter even as dirt is being stopped, airflow can
continue at a high rate by simply going around the trapped dirt. Unlike paper
and gauze filters, foam filters will continue to perform well as the filter gets

This sturdy metal air tube has dual 2 5/8" inlets for maximum
airflow. The unit is made into a single cast aluminum body which includes the
hub and integral air tubes. The two air tubes each carry a 5" x 5" K&N permanent
filter. The body also mates well with a good seal to the throttle body. This
modification retains all stock emission equipment.
With simple dimensional measurements, you can easily see that

Cool Air Intake Systems are revolutionizing the way a true COLD air intake
should be manufactured. Volant engineers each vehicle application to give the
customer a quality intake that fits and installs like OEM. We build all our
tooling in house, which allows Volant not to cut any corners because of cost,
giving us the upper hand against the competition. Volant modifies the air intake
duct and filter box by reducing intake restrictions, rerouting and increasing
the diameter of the new air duct without removing any OEM sensors from the
vehicle. All our intakes systems are molded with a high-grade X-Link
polyethylene material to insulate the air box from conducting as much heat as
would metal. Volant built the Ford F-150/ Expedition system to pull cold air
from outside the engine compartment to shield the new high performance reusable
cotton gauze filter from the engines heat. Leaving an exposed filter in the
engine compartment draws the heat from the engine, meaning the hotter it gets
the less oxygen there is, it makes your engine work that much harder to breath.
Volant designed a smooth 3" air duct to the new Volant filter box that
pulls the air from a 4-inch opening against the fender well. Much larger than
stock, it delivers a dramatically increased volume of air. Volant air intake
system increased performance up to 18 horsepower and 40 pounds of torque! Some
customers increased their gas mileage by 1 to 2 gallons per mile. This also
