search the engine specific threads, and do a search. you'll answer most of your questions without ever posting. you'll probably answer a bunch of questions you didn't even know you had to ask.

My statements are largely substantiated by my own opinion.

Ebay air intake, works just as good as expensive and some of them come with K&N filters.

for engine mods. like you said. new exhaust system, open that beast up. cold air intake of some kind.

you can also get a programmer like SuperChips to help you unleash the monster in your engine bay.

throttle body upgrade, not sure if spacers really do much to help these motors or not.

After my other post, I looked at my signature. What I did could have been done for under $1500 if I planned it better. Ebay cold air intake, tb from Dwight, replace stock muffler (why buy a whole catback unless you need it), Gibson headers (don't go cheap, I learned that the hard way), 180 thermostat, shift kit and trans cooler. You should still have enough for a superchips, just check the parts for sale section, usually can find a used one on here.

For exterior, I got my clear corners for around $40 on Ebay, search on here for gutter guard grill install. Debadging won't cost anything and looks cleaner IMHO.
