Gauge cluster Not Working (NEED HELP)

1998 Dakota R/T

I rewired alot of the wiring harnesses under the hood to help clean it up. Relocated the battery.

Everything Works like Normal, Except the gauges do not work.

They light up, Engine lights, fuel lights, ect all work. The speedo, oil pressure, engine temp all do not work or move..

All interior lights work like normal.

I have checked the following.

PCM, Fuses, All connections seem to work..

Any suggestion would help alot!!

More than likely it's just a ground wire that is not connected or is not connected properly. Have a multimeter?

Tearing her apart and building it from the ground up.
