Power steering pressure switch part 2
I'm not looking to reignite the retarded flame war you guys had going on, but to add in my own experience.
Thursday of last week my clutch goes out. Don't have access to my tools, don't have access to a shop, don't have access to a tranny jack/lift/special tools/anything else I could use so I take it into a shop.
I go to pick it up today and my CEL is on. 02 sensor. Remembering that a month or two ago I had replaced my power steering pressure switch and the thread about it I figure what the hell and pull off the PCM connector. Guess what? Full of used power steering fluid.
In short yes it's possible, yes it's unlikely, but it is possible.
