Painted fender flares/trim

hey guys im fairly new to this forum so i figured i would share some pics of my durango

last weekend i decided it was time for the gray trim to go

i recently purchased a set of crager soft 8's in black(tht triggered this whole thing with the paint) which i will be mounting a 32x11.5 on towards the winter
after doing a t/s lift

the grill had some issues.. the clips on the back were all broken so i made my own out of aluminum and the screws on the top all came out of the grill so i epoxyed them back in so i had to drive it like this for a few days ...ill post pics of the grill in a few mins i'm uploading them now

what kind of prep and paint did you do/use?


Flowmaster super 44, Superchips programer, Deleted Cat, Turn downs, Custom gauges, custom AEM Brute Force ram Air intake, Alpine 15" type S in custom ported box @ 35hz, clutch fan delete, fluids relocated. Next is HID's

If he used the Bumper paint that you pick up at any pep boys than there is no prep. Clean with a nice brush and let dry. You can recoat in about 5 mins. I've had mine done for about 5 months now.. still looks great
