Heat it up and then scrape the edge with a credit card, then you will be able to peel it off.

Those plastic wedges that carpeters use to level door jams work too. A nice hair dryer (not the $15 walmart kind) will heat up the decal letters and emblems up and it will slide off like butter.

Some of the 3rd gen trucks had emblems with pegs on them (v8, etc) so you might not want to take those off unless you want holes in your fenders!

Then, off to be polished. Hope you kept your paint in good shape over the years, or there may be a visible difference... uh oh.

and u can get a heat gun for like 15 bucks. I have one it works quite well for a cheapy.

harbor freight, wal mart al have cheap heat guns. once you buy one you use it more and more anyway..

dont get caught up on removing the graphics.. i replaced mine with reflective ones from

reflectiveconcepts.com
