I went to the dealer and it was the wrong fan shroud. We pulled the right one off the computer but they have to order it.Price went up to 50.00.Which still isnt bad.I found one on ebay for 31.00.
If you google the part number 52079489AB you can look at a couple of places.Rock auto has them and they actually have the dimensions.I still ordered from the dealer just so that if it wasnt gonna fit I could get some of my money back.Im just worried about if I have to lose my coolant and washer fluid reservoir since mines part of the factory shroud. If I have to lose it then im not installing it but will make sure that it will so you guys with the older trucks could do it since yalls trucks coolant reservoir and washer fluid reservoir isnt like the newer ones.It should be here tomorrow and will let yall know whats going on.Heres the dimensions. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1441578 |

Or you could just intall an aftermarket overflow(I like the JAZ ones form Jegs) and a older style washer fluid reservior and not worry about keeping your ugly stock ones.

Pretty sure you use the pump from the 97-99 model...but either way, that pump should just be held in with a grommet.

Just get the older reservoir and make sure it comes with a pump and level sensor. Cut your plugs off extend the wires and plug it right in they are the same plugs. I used my original 2000 level sensor with the old bottle. I never did get a new pump it is still the same from 99.
