This is the only lob that is bad
I have sanded with 600 grit wet

Yeah, that pitting looks kinda bad but if you can get down a little lower, I think you will be alright but if it comes to that, it may be best to have them reground into, say 206's or 210's, if they are HO cams I am assuming.
Otherwise, those pits could cause abnormal wear on the rocker follower and could cause a rocker to come loose.

Something stinks and it ain't me.
327K+ miles, mostly all original factory parts, and 15 yrs. of reliable service.....you are missed.

Yeah h.o. cams. It's number 4 cyc. It looked like the roller bearings might have stopped at the tip
My 4.7 I Running good I hate to put with in and start having a problems
I think I'm going to go down to 320 and see if I can get that one spot out polish with 600 again
