For my custom stuff, I start with one. If I provide 3 up front each change means a change to multiple tunes. See what changes need to be made with the one and then I deviate off that for whatever else flavor you want.

I do have a 93 performance and economy tune as well. the 87 is mainly economy, tow, 89 and 91 performance and economy. Depending on your mods though, you may be stuck with something more 93 octane only.
