if its not in the panel inside the drivers door, then its in the fuse box under the hood. I had that problem and it was my dimmer switch. And didnt you have the motor of out that? Make sure all your grounds are hooked up...
It's either there or under the hood. There's a relay for those too in the PDC. You can try swapping it. Hopefully you didn't pinch anything doing that swap.
A lot of cars & trucks do not have specific headlight fuses.....there is a circuit breaker built into the headlight switch itself. On some, there is a headlight relay under the hood in the power distribution box....
Someone here said they have high beam only, but not low beam...remove the plug from the headlight bulb, test the prongs for power when you have the low beams on....if you have power to one of the prongs, your bulb is probably bad....if you don't have power when low beams are on, but you have power when your high beams are on, then you probably have a dimmer switch issue.,
well i still dont know where it is, but its a freaky coincidence that both lopw beams go out at the same time, but they did, i replaced both bulbs and its good.
I would have the charging system checked...if alternator is overcharging, and you have the headlights on...that might have blown both at the same time.
I don't think you are going to find the "headlight fuse" that you are looking for....bet your truck don't have one
