Ok before you guys bash me. green huggers etc lol have any of you bypassed your O2 sensors with a sim? and if so what effects have you had or not had? and if you have. what did you use?
thanks.. just working on my exhaust and thinking of all options.
ive heard that it works for some trucks but other trucks it will still kick codes and they have to run a sim... but hell its worth a shot... like you said beats the hell out of buying a sim
What does tucking the 02 sensor do? Allow for you to run without the cat or what? What if you have to get your vehicle inspected every year will the shop still pass it like that
wow so my exhaust finally came in.. jeesh what was that a month? wtf.. anyways. do you guys know what size bung plug it is? i am about to order a plug i just want to make sure i order the right plug, i think its 18mm? if i still had my old o2 i would just shove that in there and cut off the wire but being the pipe curves up and then back down between the cat and muffler im just going to replace the section that the cat is sitting in
