How hard is it to replace the ignition lock cylinder on a '03 Grand caravan?

I think it's bad cause we have trouble turning the key to turn the car on as if it was the wrong key (gray key btw)

Any ideas, or could it be something else?

Nevermind, I had forgotten about google.

Turns out there was dirt inside of it, so I took it apart pin by pin and cleaned it out with brake cleaner. Put it back together squirted a lil graphite in and it was good as new.

Saved me $90 and whatever the locksmith would charge me to make it work with my key.
