Anyone located on the Eastern Shore Of Maryland ? I live about 20 minutes below salisbury, and about 35 minutes from Ocean City. Also frequent Dover every once in a while.

Anyone out there in the area ?

Yea buddy. Now we are makin progress. I have one, You have one, Ive seen an intense blue CC around salisbury, a black CC that is always parked at the Jasper Engine and tranny shop near pep boys, another black club cab that I stopped one night (gave him my name and number in case he wanted to go cruizin, but he never did call me), an intense blue regular cab, and theres one regular cab black one that rides around princess anne.

I never seem to bump into them when Im in my truck tho. But yea, Im only 20 mins from salisbury bro. We could even meet these Dover guys somewhere in the middle sometime if they wanted to.

yea lets see my truck is a 99 black club cab..... completly debadged with chrome R/T 20s that had a bad chrome from the factory so they are getting painted black with a chrome lip... my truck has the 99 bald spot so its also getting painted here real soon..... lets see its sitting at my friends house at the moment i keep getting in trouble for being to loud, i have mopar performance headers cat and a flowmaster 40 series but gonna add two resonators to the mix to tone it down its two pipes angled down. Also in the mail is the full hotchkis TVS with bilstien shocks and full energy suspension. Got other stuff too like a built tranny with a 2800 stall tq converter, msd ignition, thinking what else here are some pics to see if you have seen me around

Yea man, I dont think Ive ever seen it around, I woulda recognized the 20s. Nice lookin truck.

Its cool, my truck doesnt have perfect paint either. Gonna eventually repaint it way down the line. You can see the small amount of mods I have in my sig. But yea man im usually free all the time, so if you wanna meet up sometime, just let me know.

yea should meet up sometime once i get my stuff back together, right now its open headers :rofl:, i also know a couple of guys who have SRT-4's and not the superricer bunch of guys either.... two are running big turbos, super 60 and a 50, then the other one is my good friend and he has a red one thats stock turbo 18psi and direct port but is in dire need of a clutch

Hmm, I think the guy Im talking about is a younger boy. The trucks got 17" R/T wheels, but got really low profile tires on it. Prolly arent much thicker than 3 or 4 inches.

i know that i have seen a reg cab yellow and a club cab yellow in town also.... the intense blue one was at parkside high school last year and not this year so guess he graduate.... the black one at that shop by pep boys used to be the bottle baby but he got t boned and rebuilt it from the rumors i heard and they did a good job rebuilding it if thats the case.... theres a black reg cab that has somekind of suspension drop on it and a black guy drives that one... also i think there might be another 1 or 2 black ones out on nanticoke road by where i live also

also lets see last year there was this guy who had a dakota which he had badged a SS/T i messed his day all up with his gf in the car :) also have you seen the SRT-10 rams in town?

i think ive seen yours cyclone if you were the guy on route 13 in the s curves after the hospital who revved up at my buddys red srt-4 with rear carbon fiber diffuser and carbon fiber evo styled air diffuser on top

Yea Ive seen the SRT 10 Rams. Ive also seen that yellow club cab. I believe it came from Mills.' If I remember correctly, it had a sick motor, had to be fixed over a few times. Smoked real bad. The intense CC was at Parkside last year. He / she must still go to the games I saw it sitting at the football game not too long ago.

I have also seen the one the black guy drives. The one at pep boys looks pretty good to me, if its been rebuilt. Its not that fast tho, at least not without the bottle, I almost beat him in my New Yorker. Then again, my 3.5 v6 in my new yorkers got like 240 horsepower, so lol.

lol no my buddies srt had the CF stuff and come to think of it, it was a sport not an r/t , and i hate the guys exhaust from the one at that shop its looks so weird with the 2 45's on either side of the back, i do kinda like his tails though but i think im just gonna put some blackout film on mine, and i think your right about them coming from mills i saw that last year he had 3 different yellow ones that he sold he grabs them from ebay he sold atleast 3 srt-10 rams too but he resold 2 back onto ebay i think. he let a friend of mine and i start it up and rev up the motor a bit that was fun... also the one time i went to the track i meet a guy from deleware who had a yellow one that was bone stock ran a 15.5 with like a 2.2 60 fti ran a 14.9 with a 2.6 60ft

No, the SS/T hes talking about was just an SLT that had the silver and patriot blue two tone, then the guy put 18" chrome wheels on it, lowered it, got silver racing stripes, clear corners, debaged it, then put Ram SS/T logos on it. I think it might have exhausts. Prolly has a 318 or v6. It looks good, Ill give him that, but... its slow.

Yea, had to beat him down quite a bit. Then there were a few flaws with the truck, but nothing major. My truck only has 43,xxx miles on it.

ive beaten a white hemi ram too, he started infront of perdue probally not the best idea with city police headquaters 3 blocks down but he started it so i staged up too... it was a 2wd reg cab with modified exhaust...

also did a rolling burnout somehow from 20mph one time for a black reg cab hemi with exhaust my baby doesnt like to be revved at i guess that was inbetween a+driving school and bennett

......yea sst rams are just a reg cab ram with special 16in? rims and racing stripes theres one that ive seen with a ladder rack in the back

Ya know what, come to think of it, when I used to go to Wor Wic, I used to see your truck man. Somehow I usually ended up parking next to it lol, but I always took my car to school. Never did drive the R/T much.

Have you had anyone try to race you ? I take my truck out once in a while, and nobody ever pulls up to me and tries to race. Im actually surprised. The only challenge I ever had, was a guy in an Alero 4 door car, and he pulled up next to me at a light. I was in my dads Quad Cab Dak with the 4.7. I was like ok, sure we can go. He nodded, I took the truck out of overdrive, and the light turned green. I stomped his ass all the way to the next light, and the dude wouldnt even look at me lol.

But, Ive never had a challenge in my R/T. Dont know why, just never happens. Course, I dont mind it much, cause its pretty much stock lol.

nope i dont know why but most people dont try and race my truck, had those hemi rams try me, then the only other real one was my friend who has a 2000 civic si that turbo charged we decided that after leaving worwic at 11 pm we would do a run from the stoplight in front of the stadium, i had him off the line till 65 and by 70 his rear was at my front bumper, when he went blowing by me his prediction was until 45 b/c he said thats when he catches most cars, he had ran a 12.8

i dont think most people know that its anything special, you would think that the deep v8 rumble and the 275 tires on all four corners would give it away, that or maybe it scares most away who knows mine has got alot more bark than bite in all honesty

Yea, ya know, those 20s prolly hurt ya. Thats a lot more tire and metal to be swinging around.

Turbos take a few seconds to get the top boost. I wanna get an SRT 4 down the line later on, with all the goodies, and the stage 3. With the right suspension, that car can run 11's.

stage 3 really isnt that good, honestly stock with a manual boost controller is faster like i said im friends with some pretty sick srt 4 owners.... blue with a super 60 he is in the process of building a insane motor for his, black one with a 50 trim big turbo, and my friend with the red one is stock turbo 18 psi and direct port nitrous

sure it makes more power then stock but here are its biggest disadvantages price
computer retards timing out the ass
can upgrade the fuel parts seperatly for much cheaper and get better results

this is the big turbo kit the two guys i know are running like i said big power numbers here

cheaper route is like my buddy with the red one 100 dollar boost controller+ ebay find nib zex directport nitrous 75 shot should net 425hp 100 shot 450 ish

btw my friend wtih the red one said he would be up for dinner sometime so since my truck will probally down for a while since im fixing alot of little nuisance problems all at once basically we could meet up sooner and not clutter up the message boards as much :jester:

since yall dont seem to be able to find to many people to race you, why dont you meet and race each other? does anyone know any r/t's in newark, ive seen about 6 or 7, raced one, dude was cool about it, he got out in front, and it was obvious he won so he slowed down. if yall are ever coming to dover or something just post it up, im down there every few weeks.

racing on the street around here is really risky they have alot of unmarks down here as the street racing scene has been getting really really bad here recently as far as the are concerned, personally i know of only the industrial park and an road infront of our landfill that the race on but screw that its instant loss and license and car in maryland.... good thing theres a dragstrip in DELMAR right outside of salisbury

o and cyclone, all but finished my rear disc conversion would have too if we werent also doing a 2" suspension drop on a saleen'ed mustang gt at the same time. just have to mount the torque 8 nuts to torque specs install e-brake cables and bleed brakes. It looks so much better with rear discs

I just got my superchips tuner today. i was not all that impressed with it
my off the line after heating the tires was slower due to more tire spin :biggthump i had a fox body mustang act like it wanted to race but
i heated the tires and challenged him but he said no thanks oh well

lol good stuff i think i might have seen you friday night near princess anne around 1030-1045 getting ready to cross over route 13 i was heading back north in my friends work van as i drove with him to a call in crisfield

today filled back up differential with new fluid, flushed brake fluid and replaced with valvoline syntec dot 4+, and dropped tranny and replaced tranny fluid with b&m trickshift and lucas fluid mixture, still need exhaust b4 i can take it back on the road, and i want to get the suspension bushings and tvs kit on before i meet you guys paint can wait

Well, its got a cuda exhaust, sir michaels roll pan, gaylords tonnea, full leather interior, debadged, reflexxions steel hood, ss chrome inserts, wings west bumper cover, clear corners, 18 inch cragar wheels on it. Im pretty sure its an 02... it doesnt have the standard disc brakes of the 03, but has the leather interior, so im guessin its an 02. Its a nice ass truck. Undercarriage is in good shape too. You dont see many white ones.

lol at the import race.... i do like alot of imports though, but about that truck the interior was awesome someone spent some time on that, the tonneau looked like the same as mine which is the gaylord i think, i love the front to the wings west not like the rear roll pan, like the refllexion cowl, the exhaust was mangled pretty bad, btw i didnt see a price on it when i went up and even with a bright yellow shirt didnt attract any attention did you happen to see?

and i want to go up there at night and steal the r/t thrid brake light cover lol

LOL, nah, my trucks garaged. I have had a few experiences with the rear tires being wet, lol, the back end was all over the place. Just be careful, been a lot of idiots wrecking lately.

o theres been times ive wished the dakota had traction control kinda like last year when i was stuck in class and just looking outside as the snow was coming down and icing up the roads and by the time i got out of class there was like a sheet of 3/4inch ice on the roads i was like :help: and :cussing: because what is normally a 20min drive home from worwic took me 1hour and like 15 min because i had no traction whatsoever and had to idle all the way home at 15 mph and even less in many spots

basically i wish we had an on/off traction control system that defaulted to off and could be turned on if you want it on

ok im tired of waiting for the transmission my friend and i put the exhaust back together saturday and took it out on the road im putting some miles on the brake kit as it says not to jack hard on the brakes for the first 250ish miles but ive had to do it twice once for an idiot in a minivan and second for a horny deer and the doe he was chasing, if you wanna meet up sometime this week im game and maybe can grab my one srt buddies

must warn you mines nothing to special it has the bad 99 paint and everything

yea its just finals week at school and ive gotten most of the suspension parts in now just waiting on some hotchkis and bilstien stuff to get here and the front bushings are totaly shot so its been sitting at my buddies house till the parts come in again. I traded it for my fathers ram again when it got alittle nasty last week. Still would love to meet everyone im not to sure how good/bad mine is running compared to others sometimes

Yea you are the guy we were talking about. Man your truck looks sweet, thats for sure. I see it parked over in the Red Lobster / Olive Garden area once in a while. Nice ride bud. It doesnt even matter that it goes slow, it looks good. Ya either got one or the other, very rarely do you see someone with a fast truck that looks good. Most time they are either ugly and fast, or look good and are slow. Takes a lot of money to pull both of them off together.

im in the salisbury area...the two toned blue and silver with the silver racing stripes and 20in rims...you know the SS/T...i guess some of ya think that i raced ya and got spanked...well if you did race me you would spank that truck...its slower than all hell :cussing: so i dont even try and race it! lol no sense in trying if you know your gonna get whooped...but anyway seein all whos local to the area

I looked back and think it was me all i remember was a light to light in the stretch over by the two drawbridges in town i guess i miss understood your matching my speed/ little faster as trying to get me just to hit it. I remember you waving and all when i turned east onto 50 and you went west. Anyway most of what we have said about your truck was how much we liked the way it was done. also is it a 3.9, 3.7, 5.2 or the 4.7???

P.S. if you are at all interested in any stock dakota R/T suspension parts like the stiffer sway bars not to sure in the 1 inch droped coils and springs would be worth it let me know as i just got a hotchkis tvs and im pulling the stockers off the truck i think saturday, if the control arm bushings coroperate

unfortunately its only the 3.9 (for now) i want to drop the 360 in there, but yea money is the issue...its either look like crap and be fast, or look good and be slow, so i had to flip a coin and see where to start, and the exterior won! as for the whole SS/T bit, dodge never made a dakota ss/t, so i wanted to make one of my own...i wasnt gonna put the RT badging on it since its not even close to runnin with the RTs. so for now the ss/t stands for "super slow truck" one day ill be able to give ya guys a good quality run, and then the trash talkin about whos faster can begin LOL but until then the slower lowered dakota will be cruzin along!!

Hey you guys should make a run over to Mills' again. Hes got an 02 black CC R/T there. I think its got some sort of lowering kit / suspension on it, the factory chrome R/T wheels, SS upper grille shell and SS chrome / stainless steel (couldnt tell by lookin) inserts, and clear corners.

Very nice truck. Its immaculent. Also has a Line X bedliner, and the undercarriage is in perfect shape. Only 36,xxx miles on it too.

opps i built a new computer and missed logging on here for a while got caught up in playing all my old games in new ways, anyway got the hotchkis on but of course i take it to get aligned to have the guy tell me hes not gonna charge me but the truck wont hold an alignment because the front wheel bearing hub crap is bad so i just got one in today man that thing is expensive even wholesale but atleast the truck is driveable for now it corners like wooooow, with 4 wheel discs brakes awesome too

99 Black dodge dakota 5.2L on 32" Duelers. Clear corners, grill inserts, roll pan, side exhaust.... in case anyone's seen me around.

sorry since i got this new computer i haven t been check email as regularly since im never on the one that has outlook on it but yea sure im still game whenever but of course now i blew my water pump on the truck last week and havent gotten around to looking at how much fun thats gonna be to repair
