Anyone know how to remove the factory fender flares

Was wondering if you all know how to remove the factory fender flares and could you tell me how there connected to the sides of the truck. Are they just Screwed in on the bottom, or is there some type of clue?:confused:

There should be some screws on the inside of the fender well and probable some double side sticky tape or glue on the edge that connects to the body. Hope this helps.

I just installed a set this weekend. Each fender has 6 screws and one clip on the inside of the fender. The sides are attached using double sided tape. I guess you could use a hair dryer or heat gun to heat up the glue on the tape or even some goof off to try to take them off.

The tape is kind of a bitch to get off, I used Goo-Gone, some Fantastic kitchen cleaner or something like that, and just about all of the skin on my thumbs, lol.

Why are you taking your flares off?
