The day that this thread was created was the day I was moving... Loaded up the rear of the D and loaded a big ass trailer... The Durango didn't even blink...

welp, i broke it!!!!
i am in moses lake and was busting some serious ass in the mud pit in the dunes.. the thing ran fine til i parked it. when i went to give some new friends a ride to their car i noticed the engine light. it popped a p0320 and a p0700. now it idles up and down from 200 to 2000 rpms. it dies on the down slope within about 2-8 cycles. in any gear including neutral the rev maxes out at 2600.
boo.

I was in Moses Lake tonight. I know better than to go to the dunes on Memorial weekend. I worked this holiday weekend when I was a reserve deputy sheriff. It gets gnarly out there. See any boobies?

for some odd reason i didnt think to post up that i was coming here. its not acting up at the moment, but the engine codes both persist. there are signs for the ORV park and thats how you get to the sand dunes. to the former piggy, its really quite laid back. about four years ago alcohol was prohibited and its much less gnarly than it once was.
if anyone happens to see the mud coated D with flag pounded into the roof rack (standing like a billion feet high. lol) thats me. it just might stay in the driveway til i leave on tuesday.
aaaaaaaaaand today, all i did was reset the computer and see how it ran.

1. drove to work
2. gutted my airbox effectively turning it into a short ram
3. took an airsaw and 'removed' my back resonator and tip, then unbolted and removed the elephant seal of a stock muffler.
the muffler was more of an experiment than anything else, but she's noticeably quicker without it (goodbye back-pressure) not too mention she sounds mean as all hell. gonna have the local shop put in a small magnaflow muffler and run a side exit pipe just in front of the pass rear tire. should be pretty easy to do.
4. drove home and pissed off my neighbors ;]
fun day

Install the transgo shift kit, you'll like it alot better. If that isn't enough put a switch on the TMR wire so you can control it while driving.

I've been in the free mods only, until I can come up with some spare coin again. But Ive been watching Ebay recently there's been one there for around $75 I've been wanting.

Today I'm getting my Pipes put on. My wife and I talked about it last night, desiced I wouldnt be using my truck all the time for work, once we move up to Spokane. So I'm Keeping my bumper and all my exhaust parts.

dang. i think a nice sounding durango would be sweet. my car is stupid loud so its nice to be discreet in the durango. i will have to look at some options when the money frees up. are there many exhaust setups available or do people go custom a lot? i am a gen 1 also.
i didnt do anything to/with my truck for a few days. yesterday i grabbed a 9 iron out of it to smack a wiffle ball around the yard for a bit. sad.

It took them about two and a half hours to get it done. Fired it up. Oh its has a rumble... Now I'm wondering if it will quite down a little bit, once the muffler is broken in. I'm in Bremerton now, so its going to be hard to post a video and pictures.

okay, okay i admit...
the headlight wasnt out, i just wanted to drive fast.
I dropped off the truck at the body shop to get repaired. They said it will be done by Wed. or Thurs. Miss my baby. The Liberty Ive been driving is nice, but its a tad too girly for me
