So we've been talking and speculating a lot about a get together of some sort but haven't really made any real plans. So I'm going to take the liberty of starting a thread for it. So...

What: 2009 Spring Meet and BBQ
Where: Little Blue Guy's house
When: June 6th
What to bring: Drinks, food if you really want to, your Dakota/Durango

In the other post it looks like most everyone wants to have a BBQ at Brian's house for a spring meet and the coast later this summer. I am in for camping at the coast whether it is now or later.

If I don't get dispatched to a wildfire and I have money, I'm totally down to drive up to Long Beach. Hell after the summer, I'll drive up to Tacoma and all that if the meets gonna be big :mullet:

I'm down for both, depending on the wife I could have the wife and 3 kids or I may only have 1 kid with... but soon as dates are set I should be able to make plans to attend. But I thought we where doing the BBQ now and the Beach later?

So....what ARE we doing? Where does Bryan live? I'm figuring everything out here, so I guess I should know.

We could always do beach and camping now and bring food and a BBQ down there and do the meet at Bryan's place later, or try to do both and make it a 2 day thing (if everyone can get time off work for that) and have the BBQ and meet at Bryan's, then go to the beach and go wheeling.

Any ideas to contribute here? I'm a little confused about what everyone has in mind for this meet.

Talked with the wife...if you guys want to have BBQ at our house on Saturday, June 6th, we will provide the food, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc....you guys just have to bring what you want to drink....

You guys decide and let us know....it's on our calendar for right now....we live technically in Auburn, Washington, but actually closer to Milton, Washington. We are also about 1/4 mile from Five Mile Lake Park...

LBG's house is more central for everyone to meet at, for us western-Washington guys it's no big deal but for the ones coming from the east and north it would be more in the midway.

Now I am still down for a run out to the beach but not on the same weekend.

We can't go to beach or anything on Sunday...that day we are going up to Everett for our big annual Mopar meet we have every year....

Tell me they are at least Dodges... Last two car club meets I have been to have turned to shit because others have ruined because "Our vehicles are better." This was mainly with a fight against Audi/BMW drivers... I don't mind as long as they don't turn it into a shit storm... :stirthepo

Well I have some bad news and some good news. The bad news is, it doesnt look like I'll be making the first meet, and I got to put me exhaust on hold, for about 3 months. I'm very sad. The good news is I got a job offer in Spokane, WA, working for a Sub Contractor for a railroad company. So It looks like my wife and I will be moving up there.

Had an idea..looking for input. What do you guys think about having a regular monthly meet someplace? Could do like 2nd Sat of the month or whatever works best for everyones schedule. We could find a Pizza place or burger joint that is kinda central for everyone. What do you guys think?
