Unfortunately secret ballots are not a standard vBulletin feature, it is something I have to download from the vBulletin support site. The license only includes 1 year of download support, in order to add secret ballots to the site I have to pay $80.

I will get it done in the near future, I just haven't had much spare cash that didn't go into the truck or some other project.
