Roll Cage

I found a rollcage on ebay that fits the gen 2s. I am wondering the dimension diffrences between the 1 and 2s? Are they that diffrent. I emailed the guy selling them and he didnt have much of a clue. If Any one out there that own both could help it would be awesome. Thanks

nice, Did you buy a kit or make it yourself? I also noticed you back halved it, did you do that yourself or from kit. Looks like you got it going on, have you weighed it yet? It looks like you lightened the heck out of it.

i figure the lexan plexi glass stuff but how do you get it in there?

I have and buddy that bent the cage for me an my son and & i put it in , and the back half we did or selfs . well its an checkered racing rear clip. We have not weighed it at this time. we are going to use lexan plexi glass . i would think they are the same size as far as cabs go. this cage will fit in my 01 dakota also we checked..

They got one on ebay for 97 dakota. It has 100$ plus shipping for cage. but knowing that the measurements are the same I should be able to find a kit.
