'05 Durango overhead console upgrade

I have an '05 Durango that has the absolute basic overhead console. I want to upgrade it to the nicer OEM overhead console. Is this a :plug and play" installation? Or will I have to rewire it?

Just got an '05 myself and would really love to put in a computerized overhead. The dealers want anywhere from $1000 to $3000+ to do it. I just can't see how it could be that big a deal for pros when the parts are only $400. Can someone enlighten us? Is it possible to put an EVIC in after leaving the factory? Please help

I did the install my self i just found a donor truck traced all the wires and then pulled them made me a new wiring harness and ranit up there, wasnt hard but pulling the female pin recievers from the plug was what was hard, i know thre prolly isnt many new durangos out there, but maybe some dakotas wrecked, or just go buy a FSM or haynes and look at the wiring diagrams i also did that, maybe this can help but mine was a 2000 little less complicated i would think
