dumb fucking teacher

so I just got my grades back for this semester all A's... except for one online class which apparently I got a F in?? there were 5 assignments to do and I did every single one of them on time. only received one e-mail from the teacher saying I passes my first assignment.... so ok I think no big deal well the end of the class comes around and I and many other students in the class only got one or 2 grades on assignments so I don't worry too much. now I go to check my grades and I have a F for doing all my assignments and participation in the online discussions. He never sends me anything saying I am in danger of failing and never even tells me if I passed or failed? seriously? I do the assignments turn them all in and dont even get an e-mail saying he got them (like he fucking should have) or a grade on it, then an F shows up? I have a case in at the school right now about it because its such fucking bull shit. I am not one of those people to say i wrote the best paper in class but certainly a good enough paper to fucking pass this god damn class. so fucking annoying. I am a pretty good student too and this just fucking irritates the shit out of me, especially right before the holiday!

Well that sucks. Hope you get it all straightened out. Did you keep copies of the emails you sent the assignments in on or however you do it so you have proof. Chances are the powers that be always side with the authority figure over the little people. Just helps to have some proof. Good luck man.

ya I have all 3 of the e-mails I got from him. one was my first grade of a pass.... the other 2 were regarding a idea for a discussion topic I gave him that he used. then e-mails I sent out to everyone else in the class asking about assignment grades and what not. I am going full bore at him cuz its total BS if i deserved to fail fine, but he didnt even give me my last 4 grades or tell me i failed any of them which by the college's rule he HAS to do.

What about the emails in which you sent in the assignments? That way you have proof taht they were sent.

Thats crazy i would definatly fight it if you did all the work and got very few emails from your teacher about your grade and such.

I do online school and the teacher has 7 days from the time I turn the assigment in to get me a grade, if they don't i politly ask and then let my consler know.

thanks guys I will let you all know the update as soon as I do. the site is down till the 28th so I am SOL for being able to get my assignments off and what not but I will be able to make my case. I would love to just have it as a pass, but the worst best case would be just voiding the class out so it doesn't even show that I took it.

thanks! should have something like a 3.8 or so as my GPA... which is pretty damn good for after a years worth of classes :D and for being known as "the Slacker" in high school. not a slacker but THE slacker lol
