well i got into a wreck today on my way to work i got rear ended then that knocked me into another car

yea it sucks it will be in the body shop for at least 2 weeks they said and they couldnt give me a assesment because you cant even open the hood and it pushed my radiator into the fan i made it out alot beter than the other to vehicles though the lady that hit me it fucked her whole front end up and the guy i hit in a little focus it pushed his trunk into the back glass

since you hit another car does that make you at fault? or is the lady at fault for both of you?

do you think they would try to cite you for "not keep a safe distance" from the car you were behind?

when i was stopped in my little black car and a lady rearended me and pushed me into the car in front of me it was her fault (of course she didnt have insurance).

sucks about the wreck man, hope everyone was ok.Get your back checked out, not for fraud, just when i got hit it screwed me up and it didnt really hurt for days.

When i got in my accident near the end of January, I slowed to avoid the person stopping fast in front of me, the girl behind me did the same. And apparently the guy behind her was following too closely and pushed her into me. Resulting in me clipping the car in front of me. The guy that was tailgating her was at fault for all, and he wasn't even on his parents insurance driving their truck....

I'd say I got lucky though, least damage of all vehicles. The girl behind me was driving a new Nissan Versa.... it resembled a cube.

yea the lady that hit me is at fault i talked to her insurance place yesterday and they are covering my damages 100 percent thank god cause i am moving next month and didnt have the 1000 for my deductible in a way im kinda glad it happened now i needed a new radiator any way just saves me some money now

Just make sure you do it within 24 hours. Most auto insurance companies won't cover it if it's after that.

x's 2, especially since you say you already have back problems. its just aggrivating it more now i bet, isn't it? mine didnt hurt for days either but its still killing me a month and a half later

i love that man i am a marine stationed in cali and every day on my way home from work i get to see the stuped ass protesters and it nice to know some people care what we do they were on the street the day i got home from a 7 month deploymenty and i wanted to run them over
