Well, to make a long story short. I've dated my girlfriend for just over two years now. After she got off work yesterday she came over for about an hour. When she was leaving she said she wanted to talk and told me that she wanted to break up. I was shocked and kinda bummed. I thought things were getting good and now this happens. There is a lot to the story, as with any relationship, so I'll try and explain some of the details because I know you guys will ask questions (which is fine, it helps me out to talk about it). I think that this time it is done because the way she acts makes me feel like she may have someone else, which is something she kinda did when we first starting dating. Oh well, my life is moving forward with or without her. I got accepted into the Nursing Program at University of Southern Indiana and I'm thinking of picking up another major in Health Administration (that way I can have one degree by next fall). Well, that is about all I can say right now until I get my head straight. I have to go to class now anyways.

Yeah, when we first started dating she didn't cheat on me or anything, but she pretty much told me she wasn't sure if she wanted to continue dating me because she likes someone else. That is a long story too. Like I said she didn't actually cheat or anything but the phrase "Once a cheater always a cheater" kinda comes to mind. I'm sure I"ll be okay without her, it just sucks when you think you've found someone truly special, they turn into someone you didn't even know.

What sort of relationship was it? Committed or casual. if it was a casual relationship jsut starting to date UNLESS you both agree not to see other people there is no rule that means youre seeing me and only me. personally I used to casually date all the girls I dated. I caught this post late but I'll put my .02 cents in anyway. I'm glad you've decided to move on and not sulk over this. Yeah its hard and everyone goes through it at one time or another, SHE may have caused you pain in the short term, but you have the power over your life, whether to move on or wallow in the pain, don't ever give up that power to anyone or anything, cause once you do, you've lost.
Also now that SHE has broken up with you, I wouldn't be taking anymore of her treatment or backtalk at work anymore.
