So almost a year ago i bought a wet nitrous kit from "kduce" on here. I bought on a payment plan of $200 down and 4 monthly payments of $100... anyways, after recieving the threat of my insurance being pulled with the nitrous i asked duce if he would take the kit back. he agreed and said he could refund my $200 within the month. By this time it was past any time period that paypal could help me, so after the first month went by without duce paying up, i continued to be completely nice and cordial(sp) as i knew if i pissed him off he could blow me off without reprecussion.
So now it is a year later, i have contacted him every other week... sometimes he ssaid he sent a money order and when i said i didnt get it he said hed send another one... then he was moving so he didnt have a computer to send it with paypal. he finally sarted ignoring me about 2 weeks ago, and i figured id let you all know about this even though i dont spend to much time on here anymore... so stay a away from kduce, give him a hard time about it when you can, and watch your asses, theres deadbeats everywhere these days... :wave:

I would look at the $200 as a "restocking" fee.

if people had to return the items due to not being able to make the payments, Im sure I would work something out with them, but id say a 100% refund would kinda be unfair to me and your seller.

And, i have never been called a deadbeat in my life, ive never stolen money, or decieved people, i own and operate my own business in summer months, its small, I have two employees, but i move over $50,000 in product per month. its good to know that you can make such a good living while being so disrespectful to the people around you. Obviouslyhow much i make is not an issue, i was clearifying the fact that i am not a deadbeat and never will be. The issue is he blatently lied about a situation he repeatedly confirmed he was alright with. And there was no favor invovled, it was a business transaction and payment plan be both agreed on. We the BOTH agreed on a return of the said item with a full refund minus shipping costs.

i never SAID anything to anyone about the nitrous, my dad came out to the shop when i was putting the nitrous in the truck, he flipped a bitch and threatened to pull the insurance unless i got rid of the nitrous.

There's no need to tell them anything of the sort. They ask for the VIN, purpose of use, distance to work, approx mileage you put on in a year and I think that's about it. Everything they need to know is in the VIN.
