OK, anything for a vehicle by an american company, not marketed in Japan, that is advertised as "JDM" (which stands for japanese domestic market BTW) is a crock of shit.

However, improving the ground wires on a vehicle can improve the way the electrical system reacts, adn theoretically, improve HP by not losing as much from voltage drops. However as stated above, if it is for a dodge, and it says JDM, it is a scam.
