would a TB from a 2000 4.7L fit on my 01 4.7L???

it should I think there was only one version of the 4.7 until 07 when they bumped the HP up.

iight, b/c im in the process of buying one of 'the fastman" TB and i want to keep mine incase i need to return it to stock

i dont see why it wouldnt. They were all the same in the Gen 3 as far as I know

Yes, but FYI, stock on 99 and '00 4.7's was '65mm'. 01-07 was '68mm'.

You can use the TB from any 4.7, up to and including 2002. In 03 the TB changed.

why not swap a 01 or 02 TB onto an older model?

its a 3mm bigger TB, stock?

He's buying a Fastman ported TB...doesn't matter what year it is, he makes them a true 68mm.
