Sup with the 09 Daks?

I'll be in the market to upgrade from my 2004 Dak to a 2009 Dak. I have not seen or heard anything about them. Nothing. (and i've dug).

Not colors, pricing, WHEN they hit dealers. Zilch.

Yeah, you should be able to get a left over '08 cheaper than an '09 and I'm not aware of any changes between the two.

08's are in short supply in my area. most stealerships have none. The few i've found have options that i'm not crazy about,(too many, price is a factor) or not enough. most are not a decent color either.

I went to a dealer to order one back in June and was told production for 08 had stopped. Just strickly fleet trucks were being built. They did a search for a truck based on my order info and the closest one was 800mi's away.

I drove an 08 just the other day, and they are a good deal faster. They feel like a HEMI Ram in the power delivery. The front end bounce is gone and overall I really like the new truck-enough to buy one ( I would never say that about the 05-07's).

Buy an 08, they are going for $15k wholesale with mid 20k mile's so you can probably get a lightly used one for $16-17k right now. New they aren't offering much for rebates etc.
