Put them in today and they did not turn on at all when I turned them on, nothing i checked all the fittings and the connections were fine, i waited a couple seconds for them to turn on and still nothing, i'm really concerned about this green stuff in the circular bulb in the bulb itself does that mean anything? they don't look damaged just sat around for a couple months till i had time to put them in, what should i do? THanks

Please refresh my memory, what kind of kit did you purchase?
What is the green stuff that you're mentioning?

i got a digital 8000k 9007 kit, the green stuff is in the bulb where it turns into the circular sphere in the middle of the bulb

the sphere looks like its fogged up by it, supposed to be like that?

I don't think there should be any green stuff in the bulb.. Doesn't sound right but then again, I never really looked for it. I will check some bulbs and let you know if I see it.
If the stuff isn't supposed to be there, I would guess the bulbs are bad.. You would have to send them back so I can test/replace them for you.

I was wondering what the status is about my bulbs, also while i was trying to install them the tabs for the headlight that hold the bulb in from twisting didn't fit at all, so i had to grind down one of them to fit? Did anyone come across this problem too?

I apologize, I thought I had posted the response about the green stuff. I've taken a closer look at some of the bulbs that I have and don't see any 'green stuff' in them. It sounds like there is something wrong with the bulbs. I would suggest sending the entire kit back to us to confirm that everything is working fine and replace what needs replacing for you. Please email me for details.
Thanks

I'm assuming you purchased 9007 bulbs? I kick myself for not remembering this before but you may be experiencing the common 9004/9007 problem. The manufacturer may have mislabeled one as the other as the harnesses are interchangeable.
Please see here:

Let me know if this fixes the problem.

You may need to send the entire kit back to us then to troubleshoot.

The problem with your kit was the 9004/9007 problem. I tested out of the box and it worked, that's when I realized I forgot about the 9004/9007 problem.

k i got the left side to work but only when i turn on the high beams, now does that mean i have to switch the posts on them?

k got them to work on the lows now when i turn them on only one side turns on and one of them flickers and won't come on what does this mean? bulb gone?

I had tested both bulbs and both ballasts, lighting them repeatedly and keeping it lit for a few minutes to find flickering. Didn't find a problem.
Try swapping bulbs to try to isolate if its a bulb or ballast that is going bad. I'm sorry this is happening, everything seemed to work fine when I was testing.

I did and it only turns on for a quick second and then shuts off is it the bulb or the ballast that would cause that?

If the problem moved with the bulb, its the bulb. If the problem stayed on the same side, its the ballast.

k, i'll go switch the ballasts, like i just want these things to work for me if it is either or, what are we going to do about it? like i really cant drive my truck around with one headlight working
