I have one. It does shift into gear a lot quicker. Under normal driving, when it shifts there is a slight shudder but nothing really objectionable (at least the wife is not complaining).

Where are you getting them ??
What does it take to Install ??
Factory pan or replacement ??
Last but it dont matter (Going on Durango) as much cost ??

Rick, Dan Arcand has them. www.thefastman.com He speaks highly of them but i dont know anyone with one either. Ive heard good things about Waynes(APS precision) valve bodies but his customer service is iffy from what i hear.
