A lot of people buy and sell parts for their trucks through this forum. The owners of this website make no guarantees whatsoever about the validity of any offers posted by individuals on this system, but we have configured the forum to give users the ability to leave feedback about the transactions they have completed (somewhat like E-Bay) through a system called iTrader. When a transaction is complete, the buyer and seller may leave positive, neutral, or negative feedback about each other, along with some comments about the transaction.
How to leave iTrader feedback for others:
Step 1: Access the user's iTrader panel.

Step 2: Select the "Submit Feedback for User" option.

Step 3: Choose whether you were the buyer, seller, or this was a mutual trade between two parties.

Step 4: Choose whether the feedback to be submitted is positive, neutral, or negative.

Step 5: Enter details about the transaction in the "A short comment" and "Additional Comments" fields. You may additionally add a URL to a thread regarding the transaction in the "Deal thread URL" window. When complete, select the "Submit Reply" button at the bottom of the window.

Step 6: Feedback is now complete. Viewing the user's iTrader panel will display the feedback.

NOTES:
The iTrader system is for first-hand feedback based upon transactions that were made at least partially because of this website. Please do not leave iTrader feedback for someone because you heard 2nd hand stories about a transaction they made with someone else on another system - it will be immediately purged.
The moderators of this system are not feedback babysitters. If someone leaves you negative feedback because they were unhappy with a transaction, then you need to work out the issues with that other person. If you can both come to a positive resolution, BOTH of you must contact an administrator so the feedback may be resolved.
If you feel that someone has left you feedback by mistake, contact an administrator. An e-mail will be sent to the other party requesting clarification of the details. If the other party does not respond or cannot provide reasonable proof of the transaction, the feedback will be purged.
