hello, im Rudy, i live in northeastern ohio, conneaut to be exact. I have a 99 r/t rc that i am currently in the process of rebuilding, heres some pics

my dad owns a dealership and i do some work for him so he lets me run on a dealer plate, so i dont have to pay for insurance, i also get very good deals on cars, he only paid 1500 for the r/t originally
