Not a bad price for low production number. And the truck looks to be in pretty decent shape for the age.

I saw a black one yesterday driving down the I-10. Looks cool but the driver didn't take care of it.

Didn't make them in black...... Only 1500 trucks.... Production # are like 600 white and 900 red.... First V8 powered dakota.... I think mine priced out in 1989 at $17,800 which was a ton of money in 89....

cheers

They were very cool. There are two here in our club. One white, one red. I would love to get one, and build the 318 out to about 400hp. :banana2:

LOL.... I have two myself..... #54 (white) with lots of miles and is my daily driver truck and #332 (red) the project child which I need to get back on... I stripped it down to a shell..... So far the frame is powered coated, rear axle is built (Dana 60) with disc brakes and the engine needs to be assembled... 408 (360) with edlebrock ported heads and M1 intake.... It needs work but will be very cool when it's done...... Maybe this summer.... I need to finish school first.....
