I see you're taking the same approach as I am. I turned 29 on Jan. 3rd this year and will be doing the same again next year. :jester:

I like to think of it as an anniversary. Now celebrating the 11th anniversary of my 29th birthday. WHOO HOO!

Sorry its not about me, it all about Mrs Jimi. Happy birthday! It isn't so much a celebration of how many years you have been on this earth, but what you do with the ones you have left. Have a great day!

we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and damn was it tasty!!

no gifts yet tho....i think jimi is still working on it, but i was surprised my kids didnt even draw me a card---they normally can't wait to do that kinda stuff---my mom is bringin her gift over on saturday.

friday or saturday night jimi is gonna take me out for sushi, and then next weekend we're having some friends down from New England and we're all going to the local Comedy Club to celebrate since the club sent me 9 discounted admission tix & all u can drink all night

Get used to it!! My boys are 13 & 9 & think that the home made cards are for "Dorks". Happy belated Mrs Jimi. Sorry I'm late.

FWIW, we only celebrate anniversaries of the 29th b-day for my wife. Me & the boys don't care; it makes her happy & we don't have to worry about buying candles any more. We just recycle the ones from the last 6 years!!Oops, I don't think I was supposed to let that out!!
