So i've got almost 77K on the dakota and i need a tune up. It's still under warranty so if i've got to take it to the stealership then thats what i've gotta do... But if it's at all possible to do this from the comfort of my own shed, then by god i'm gonna do it. My question is: what all should be changed? I've got to get new bushings for the front suspension and probably new cap, wires, and plugs too. Any other ideas yall might have? Something i'm forgetting?

i would do fluids, belt if not already done, check the hoses, flush fluids, check ball joints, brake rotors, etc. change plugs if not done sooner, wires, cap, rotor, you know, just basic maintainence

Does it matter if i buy the cheap plugs? what about wires, cap and rotor? I'm used to old cars.. sometimes this new-fangled technology gets the best of me.. lol

most guys seem to run the autolite 3923's, they are cheap. me i would go with the denso's, but they are pricey. never have to change them again though. i have mopar wires, but will be changing to taylor soon, cap and rotor, mopar works for me.
