There's a new Megasquirt product in the pipeline that is likely to answer some of the requests I've seen here on the forum. And it may be possible to make it work with the factory tone wheel sensors for these two engines with some software hacks (it'll work with the Magnums for sure). But I'll need some more information to pass on to the coders. We'll need to know the trigger pattern of the tone wheels for the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors.
What I'd really like to see is a dimensioned plot of the sensor on/off times versus crank or cam degrees, like this one from a Neon.

Other things that might work would include dimensioned CAD drawings of the tone wheels, a head-on photo of them that could be accurate enough to make such a drawing, or the like. PM me or email me at matt at diyautotune dot com if you can help.
