This thread has been created so people who live in this region can give direct positive or negative feedback about automotive businesses in their area. Sample businesses include body/paint shops, dealerships (sales or service), parts stores, mechanics, etc.

Information to include:
1) Shop name
2) Shop address - include city/state
3) Shop contact info - names, phone #'s, e-mail addresses
4) When did you interact with this business? day/month/year
5) Parts you purchased from this shop (if applicable)
6) Work you had done by this shop (if applicable)
7) Feedback! Be detailed & honest.

Note: I would prefer that feedback be limited to first-hand experiences for accuracy. If you choose to post second-hand feedback that you read on another internet website or that you got from a friend, please specify those details in your post.

Note: Flame attacks or "clique" responses from third parties not employed by the shop will be deleted.

About in August 2007, I had them rebuild a 8-1/4 rear and add a Detroit-locker to it.

Service was excellent, quick and professional.

I had initially thought my 7-1/4 was the 8-1/4 and had planned a jump to 3.90s with a Detroit locker. shortly after my truck was there I got a call from Randy's saying it was actually a 7-1/4 and that they could fix my spider gears and swap the ring and pinion but I would not be able to get the locker or any posi for the 7-1/4 rear. Since I wanted the locker they actually located a 8-1/4 rear-end core from another Dakota at the junk yard for me which I purchased and they did full rebuild on it with the locker and I got a rather detailed sheet of everything done to it.

All in all it was a little spendy at a bill of about 1600$ counting the core but labor only ran me about 250$ and the work was definitely a quality job, came with gasket nice high grade gear oil and instructions on break in. They aren't as cheap as doing it your self but they sure know what they're doing I highly recommend 'em.
