Check out www.gsmotorsports.com they have some great power adders on there, especially the headers and exhaust wich is probably the best to start with.

yeah that will get you started, might wanna pick up a Mopar PCM too. Then do R/T heads 1.6 RR and a cam and other goodies.

Many things you can do. Set a budget, that will really determine what your options are. It is more expensive to mod a Mopar than anything else. Just not as big an aftermarket as the Ford/Chevy guys enjoy. Thus the popularity of the Mustang.
M1 intake - $450 shipped max including install kit and gaskets. Good hp bump at the expense of some low end. I like mine.
52mm TB - $220-$450, depending on reworked stocker or billet aluminum
Mopar PCM - $250-300
Rockers - 1.6 or 1.7 ratio, depending on cam - $250-450
Cam - $250-400
Underdrive pulleys - $45-150
Electric fan conversion - $200-300
Transgo shift kit - $125
RT heads - $1200-1400 for a complete set with new hardware
MSD ignition - $125-200
180 T-stat
TPS adjustment
IAT relocation
Autolite or NGK plugs
Headers - $250-1000 depending on what kind you want to get
Carsound high flow cat - $50-100
That should get you started on bolt ons. Have fun.
