New here so pardon the silly question:
What is the fastest (documented 1/4) Dakota out there in full street trim, DOT's and plates? Any motor or power adder but a street driven truck.

Ron Merx ran a 10.77 more than a year ago in his R/T. He only got 1 run in and they kicked him off the track. Ron's best documented pass was 10.77@131, but that was without a burnout and no shakedown passes that day. I wouldn't be surprised if he's capable of running 9's with his newer parts and cage, but he blew a head gasket a week before the DRTC nats and hasn't publicly released any times he may have run since his 10.7

Oh and his config is a 383ci Mopar R3 block with a Paxton Novi 2000 and also N2O on top of that.

This year he's added one of the GSM Godzilla aftercoolers, a cage, a new custom radiator setup, and some other tweaks.

good god rus, that truck is going to be sick. Def get some videos of it up. I've been slowly getting together parts to build a 16v motor for my other toy (td). :biggthump
