They would come out a little but not enough to get out or past them,They dont raise out of the way enough either,You have to fall out and roll under them,Not very pratical in any way,

yea... i read the posts from the top and im thinking, it could look OK on a dak or durango but its a ricer thing to do... then i saw the pic of the durango and Blah... i want me a delorean, those doors kick ass.

also... you think if you open the front door and SLAM open the back door you could smash the back door window in the corner of the front door? Man would i feel like a retard if i did that and everyone else in the parking lot just started staring at me... ha..

Actually it depends on what kind of lambo doors you get. Of course you'd have to pay more, but they have a kit that does 30 degree angle, 60 degree, and 90 degree. 30 degrees would definitely be impracticle, but I'd go with 90 degrees... I'm not exactly seein how lambo doors are "rice", all they are is door mods. Plus they look sweet as hell on trucks.

yah i dont figure out people determine rice anyway, makes absolutly no sense. first off all how can lambo doors be rice??? i mean its a lamborgini following trademark... ???no?? just because other imports have had it done doesn't make lambo doors rice.. its just different. and just because its different doesnt make it rice, i think its a cool concept for show trucks but since im kinda hard on my kota id worry that they would torque in hard driving conditions, just not for me .... :wave: so go ahead phil you can do it ill let you be original on that idea LOL :jester: :drive:

I think that the Jack knife doors AKA Lambo doors are so gay, everyone has them now, and they make it really hard to get in and out of the truck, It was a cool mod back in the day when someone fabed some up, but now thay make bolt on kit's :bs2:

Well my definition of "rice" is excessive body molding, absurd decals and pinstriping all over, spoilers, a exhaust tip that is greater than 3" and sounds like someone just stabbed a hole in the mufler, and excessive bull shit that just does not belong on a car/truck. It is fine if you want your car/truck to do well in races and stuff, But I find it hard to believe that all that crap really helps out at all. And as far as show trucks go I am more impressed with a really clean highly detailed car/truck than one with huge rims, glow in he dark paint, lambo doors, sound systems that will knock your Aunt Connie's panties off, etc, etc.

Regardless, lambo doors are nice, I love em and they're not difficult to get into anyways. I just don't particularly care to spend $3000 or whatever for em.

Actually there is a guy around here that had Lambo Doors on his truck. I saw it at the Scrapin The Coast show back in June. Now, whether or not his dakota survived the hurricane, I have no idea.

that dakota looks pretty nice with the lambo doors finally some pics of a dak with lambo! hmm maybe in the future but for now suicide for me. truck looks nice but from what i can see it has that ugly bumper with too many holes in it. fx or whatever. but yeah i like the truck
