Radiator drain plug????

I have a 2002 Durango with a 4.7l. Where is the radiator drain plug??? I looked underneath, but there is a big plastic piece right under the front-end, the one with the hole cut in it to access the oil filter.

I have a 2001 D and I just put a new Cervini front bumper on it. I had to remove that platic thing. If yours is anything like mine, there should be 2 or 3 platic holders that might need to be taken out. I can't tell you where the plug would be, I wasn't paying any attention to mine. Later
