Just was curious as to how many people there are from Manitoba on here?
I'd bet there are very few...but there are a TON of Dakotas around here.

Oh yeah, I used your Canadian flag smiley in another thread, you gotta get that one put right beside the American one in the smilies, there's enough Canadians around.

Hey, I live in AB but originally from Manitoba. I only saw one R/T there when i was there this summer and it was at the Cruz in downtown show, wait nm I saw a yellow one too at the transcona inn. anyways I know its a long time but I'll be up there again next summer, this time with my truck though. either way Winnipeg kicks ass, so does Grand beach... haha

Haha was it silver? if so it would have been mine. I am from Brandon Manitoba and went in to the cruz downtown and the selkirk show that weekend with my brother and his friends. Here are a couple pics of the truck from that weekend and one with all 4 rims on it. Notice the bbq in the bed of the truck for shows. Great mod everyone should have haha.

what happened to the rim was a pothole. I hit the pothole and at first i thought i had blown a tire but then we found out that the rim actually split in half and the tire was the only thing holding it together. Autopac is considering a single vehicle accident so we are paying the deductible and getting a new rim.
And probably going to head there again next year. this is the third year i have been there. First two with my brothers Accord and this was my first time with my truck.

I help out at the cruzin downtown every year. We have a sort of informal dodge truck club were starting here in winnipeg so if anyones interested from manitoba or any other province i should be able to set up a section just for dakotas, durangos and rams. 02dakotaRT, i thought your truck wasnt a real RT. Guess i shouldnt listen to ppl who dont know any better LOL i guess it just looked so much higher with the 20s on. I saw it at the summer shocker-love the durango seats man. Whered u pick em up? Lemme know if you wanna sell em.:mullet:

My opinion is go check out the wreckers if you can you will be amazed what u can find. I got my seats from a wrecker out here in Brandon. I went out to the yard and found them in a durango. The wrecker charged me 325 for the front seats and the new console with the heated seats control. They are power and heated so they work good.
Did u buy your truck from the Autogallery in Winnipeg?? We were going to buy a truck like that from there but when we went to look at it it was sitting on blocks and someone had jacked the rims. When they finally put rims on they were only 16" factories. I told them they were stupid to be asking the same amount since the rims were the things that set the r/t's appart. Thats when we went to Birchwood honda and picked up this R/T. I noticed a couple weeks later they had put some eagle 17" rims on.

WOW thats cheap! I cant seem to find any for less than 600. Found a set in some buttfuck town 6hrs north and thats what he wanted. Guess ill kick over some rocks here in winnipeg over winter and see if i can find a set. If you could, keep your eyes open too. Theyre damn hard to find. And yes thats my truck. I actually had put a deposit on it with the factory rims and almost backed out of the deal when they put the 16s on. I told them to go to autopac and get new wheels. Thats probably the time you went to see it. They kissed my ass and put the 17 eagles on and took a grand off the price. Its an awsome truck, but i would like to find a set of RT rims. Just not a big deal right now with the 408 stroker build.

Hey yeah u should set something up for that cruise, id like to be parked around a bunch of other dodges, i used to drive a honda but didnt like the import crowd too much. anyways is the cruzn downtonw always late august?

Ya always in august. If youve been before, you know how conjested it gets when the parade rolls through so i would suggest showing up before the parade if we all want to park together. Theres always areas that dont fill up after the parade but theyre not that close to the action.
