4X4 w/3.55 rear looking for 4.10 towing gear

I'm looking for a little help... My Dakota came with the highway 3.55 gear. I'd really like to get to a 4.10 gear for towing.

I've learned from reading different forums that the front and rear differentials are not identical, so changing the gear ratio in the rear may involve different parts than the front.

Has anyone pulled this off (pardon the punn), and what $$$ was involved.
