If there is a specific city, state, etc. within this divisional region that has a lot of users who want to chat with each other on a regular basis, please let me know and I will create a new sticky thread for that particular area so people can quickly access information for their area without having to search for it within the region.

ie: a MAD R/T group thread for the Southeast Region.
