Sick R/T at Barrett Jackson and pics 56k beware

Ran into the owner of this truck while he was parking it for a display for tire pros. He says hes local here in phoenix. got a chance to talk with him about it and enjoy the beauty of this beast.

but what i got from him is its c-notched, interior is completely custom, he plans on layin frame, suicide doors and flames on the paint.

interior was actually very tastefull. the pics dont do it justice but the quality was excellent and everything flowed really nicely. they took a chance with it but it came out great.

He wont ... I invited him about a year to two ago.. he's in a car club and he surfs the sites but won't join up..looks like he got everything all done ... I love his truck but hate seeing him cause he's in my class :jester: if you look at the pic of my last truck with the girl next to it ...look to the passenger side behind my truck his truck is there..lol

from what i saw up close i think they stripped the door panel down, took out all the inserts, laid down foam flames and glued fabric over the top of everything. it was very clean and very professionally done

the super gloss black paint is sick. the rainbow thing for a center console, not so cool. also the interior is kinda gawdy, i think it would ahve been nicer with a few more subtle flames.

Most black vehicles I've seen have a "5 foot paint job"...five feet away it looks awesome, but get close and then you see the swirls and scratches. I had a buddy that had a C5 corvette, he was a perfectionst when it came to his car, used the zaino products, cleaned it religously. Even his paint was that way, looked great from a distance.

I'm sorry, but I don't like it.
The exterior isn't so bad, but some subtle changes like the stock grille with inserts, and a less extreme bumper would be much better looking.

The interior...is hidious in every way. It doesn't even match. The outside is black with 'white' accents, and the interior is blue and black. The stock interior with chrome accents, and a subbed out rear seat would have been much more appealing and way cheaper.

I like it. I love the sniper body kits. I don't see why no one does. The front bumper isn't that much different than the xenon. The interior is different. I like some of the style but the colors don't match. And not everybody can afford cerullo seats anyhow. I'm fine with the replica viper seats. Can't beat cheap.

Oh trust me, I'm a big guy and I fit with room to spare in my Cerullo seats. OTOH, the Cerullo seats are what barely fit in our interiors. They are HUGE compared to stock seats, but oh so comfy.

I think the reason I like it is because its different. Its not the same old bland thing inside, ya know ? Yes that center console thing is weird, but hey, its sort of resembles a sculpture ud see in a museum of art or something. It still looks good. And under the hood, thats clean, no doubt. Not to mention he sure knows how to shine it up at least.

it is a gaylord tonneau, uh they are mb motoring Gunner 6 rims, its mainly a show truck, he plans on doing black old school flames with blue true-flames inside the flames
