Fog Light setup

I just ordered the Factory foglight setup for my Durango and i was poking around under the D today and noticed that there is a plug on each side of the front bumper that looks a lot like the plug on the new foglights .... i guess what i'm wondering is, Is there a chance my D came prewired for fog lights or is the set of plugs for something else ?!?

The wiring is there. You will need the relay and switch to make it work.

Oh great the kit i got has EVERYTHING i mean as if it had nothen wired up at all lol this will be interesting to install

I can tell you how to wire them up and run like day runners. no switch. only wire used are ground and hot. come on with the car. go off with the car

My father-inlaw pointed out to me today that my park lights and turn lights on the front of the D came on when ever i put my foot on the brake and that i must have messed up some of the wiring somewhere when i was swapping out the headlights or tail lights .... now the only thing i could have went and snafued on was the changing out of the park/corner lights cause i had to swap out plugs . The wires that came with my kit where white with a black stripe and green with a yellow stripe .... i hooked the green wire up to the wire that had the yellow strip on my D and then the black to the white with black stripe ... anyways i'm wondering before i go and take it all apart again is somethen messed up or is my Father inlaw full of BS ?? thanks for your time btw ! :huh: :stick:

pick up some fuse taps from radio shack. run both grounds of your fogs to a common ground. run your + together to make one. run that wire up to your fuse box inside the D. tap into the fuse slot marked turn 2 (#10 slot) instant day runners. good luck

So does anyone know if i funked up something somewhere in the wiring to make the light come on when i put my foot on the brake and the light's aren't turned on ? plz plz some one let me know so i can get it either fixed or stop stressing over it thanks :D
