Just got a catback exhaust done-flowmaster. Also got K&N intake and JBA headers installed. Has anyone put a hi-flow cat and got some added power? Is it worth it? Wondering if a hi-flow cat. is really necessary? If so which brand should I go with. And also where can I get one? Also, the catback exhaust I got done is only a 2 1/2. Should I go bigger or is that good? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It couldn't add more than 5HP. How much HP are you pushing now?

I got a 99 R/t. It's published that it comes stock 250 hp. I've intake, headers and catback exhaust. Also Hypertech Computer Programmer in it. So I guess I'm pushing about 280 now. I guess. Not sure. Not sure where the nearest dyno place is either. Nowhere here. I'm about an hour northwest of nashville.

Just haven't decided whether I'm going to add the hi-flow cat. That's why I need people's advice or suggestions. Thanks...

This is a little off topic, but... I wouldn't bet on you having 250 stock unless you had the engine blueprinted to spec and everything....
Even then you'd prolly be a lil shy of that. HP Ratings don't mean much from teh factory.
