PCM Module Question

ok im going to sound like an idiot here but what exactly is a PCM module? Is it the computer of the truck? How exactly can you manipulate it to kick out more HP's. Or do I have to get a new one all together? I appologize for my ignorance. :hammer:

yes your pcm is your computer...you can send yours to b&g and have them flash it for you...that has been the most popular mod with the pcm, or you could go and buy a mopar pcm outright...

How much does that cost? How long does that take? Does it create more harm then good? Do you get a HP gain?
