I was staring at the air box on my 03 4.7L and was trying to figure out a way to run some tubing from the air box to the toe-hook holes in the bottom of the valance. There is room enough for some, but I'd have a lot of turns. I'd have to make a sharp turn back towards the engine, down past the frame and a cut forward to the hole. I think I could even bring another tube over from the driver side. It'd go from that hole, over the swaybar, under the oil pan and up between the pan and swaybar to the other tube. Anyone think this is possible? What sort of tubing should I use: acordian-style hose or what?

There is no easy way of running the hose to the T/B unless you start cutting holes to run the intake hoses. You want to make the runs as short and straight as possible.

A large pick up to gather in lots of air is needed and the hose or hoses need to be smooth so as not to disrupt the airflow.

Try the above web site. They sell tubing and silicone adapters along with mandrel bent tubing.
