I don't like snaps they are an accident waiting to happen. You can find this cover at Meijers. So I'd look before buying.

Dude those snaps are a pain in the ass. A buddy of mine had the snaps and it took a long ass time to snap it. I had a snapless one made from LeBra and it was alot better.

I have the extang RT one (has nothing to do with R/T trucks) and it seems pretty nice.

Any suggestions?

I was going to go with that one to get me thru this winter, being able to buy an enclosed trailer this spring (I'm a dj).

extang is great i have the Extang tuff tonneau III (snapless one) and love it. It is much easyer to put on that the ones with snaps. keeps my bed dry. Extang all the way

:stupid: Tuff Tonno III is awesome it uses no snaps instead it uses a J Hook and works sweet. The first install of the cover will be a little PITA that just because the vinyl is a little bit hard but give some time to warm up and it will look great. I have owned my cover for over 6 years and it still looks new. :biggthump

I have the extang Platinum. Come on guys, takes forever to do snaps ? Be real, I can have it unsnapped and rolled up by myself in less than 5 minutes. Even less time with 2 people...

Mine has two settings for the snaps, one for hot weather, and one for cold weather. You flip them over on the rails, to tighten or loosen the cover in accordance to the weather.

Ive had it for about 3 years, no problems, and My truck gets phenomenal gas mileage since I put it on there.

I dont mind the snaps personally. Ive seen the J Hook styles wear out quicker than the snaps, but any cover will wear out over time and improper care. I got mine from Summit, $220 shipped to the door. Lifetime warranty.

No complaints here.
