When you take the door panel off there are some melted tabs holding the panel on to the door panel. You need to get a sharp razor and cut those tabs off, but make sure you leave enough of the post that goes through the door panel so you can put in back on the door. And the insert pops out.

I shipped him my visors and inserts...you have to take the door panel off to take the inserts out and theres a special way to get them off...he explains it somewhere in the thread. I spent $15 to ship them to him and he charged $180 for screws, washers, shipping, and the material all done :biggthump
