Dodge Durango R/T Seats

Does anyone know what year Dodge Durango R/T these seats are out of. These seats have 3 different colors and most have 2. Also... Do any of you know where I can get a pair identical to these. I am really interested in getting some but dont know where to get them. :confused:

Yeah.....Those are the same seat that I have in my '01 Durango R/T. I really like them, but need to find a cleaner for the suade.
